Gender Pay Gap Report
The gender pay gap is the percentage difference between average hourly earnings for men and women within an organisation.
Under UK legislation introduced in 2017, employers with more than 250 staff must publish their gender pay gap annually, with all organisations due to report this year by 5th April.
